I’m Pastor Sybil Kearse—founder of Faith Beyond Measure Leadership Academy, certified Forgiveness and People-Pleasing Coach, and author of Watch As Well As Pray and Watch Your Mouth.

But before I walked in boldness, I wrestled in silence.

I spent years in ministry under a religious system that valued obedience to hierarchy more than obedience to the Holy Spirit. I was taught how to be respectful—but not always how to be released. I was inspired to serve—but not always empowered to soar.

I know what it’s like to question your calling. To shrink so others feel comfortable. To delay your assignment because someone else’s approval feels louder than God’s voice.

But I also know what it’s like to be set free.

In 2018, God gave me a vision for Faith Beyond Measure. And through every act of obedience—from private Bible studies to public conferences—I’ve watched that vision unlock women just like me. Women who are tired of shrinking. Women ready to shift.

Today, I coach, teach, and equip women of faith—especially those in ministry leadership—who are ready to stop apologizing and start moving in their God-given identity. I help them overcome impostor syndrome, religious control, people-pleasing, and perfectionism so they can walk in power and clarity.
